RETURN POLICY
All items purchased within the borders of the United States of America that need to be returned for various reasons—such as receiving the wrong item, items that are broken or damaged, or packages missing essential parts—will be sent to the following address: "A.E.C. COMPANY, 1215 N.W. 33RD ST, OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA 73118." Returns must occur within 30 days of receipt of purchase. To ensure eligibility, items must be postmarked prior to the expiration of the 30-day return window. Furthermore, items must be in their original packaging for the return process, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to manage the postage return labels affixed to the package. For items returned from foreign continents such as Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, or Europe, we extend the return acceptance period to 45 days from the postmark date of receipt, acknowledging the additional travel time involved. At A.E.C. COMPANY, we are deeply committed to providing the qualities you expect that reflect God's love and the principles of fair trade with all of our clients and friends. We believe that every person is regarded as a child of God, deserving of the respect and courtesy that He would bestow, recognizing that through the beginning of mankind with Adam and Eve, they are the only true father and mother to all humanity. Replacement items will be promptly sent out upon inspection of the returned items to assess their quality and condition. It is important to note that items returned can be either slightly used or in brand new condition. However, any intentional damage to products will result in a void of all return policies established by A.E.C. COMPANY or its affiliates. Additionally, all returned items will be subject to a small restocking fee that is calculated based on the price of the product to cover the costs associated with processing the return.
